Succumbing to the realities of this economy, we've relocated our living space to the address on our Contact page. The new location remains in the same school zone, so the girls won't be affected there. In fact, we're hoping to stay here until Olivia graduates in 2013. Many thanks to Jill, Marianne, Don, Val, Kathleen, Kirk, Parker, Connor, Katylin, Jake, and Kat for all your help getting us moved in. You are friends indeed. We hope to return the favor in some way soon. Good-bye Riesling Way. You are a bittersweet memory of a time perhaps more artificial than real.

Jason departed September 13th for his second tour of duty in Iraq. His unit, the 4th Stryker Brigade of the 2nd Infantry Division (23rd Regiment), spent a few weeks in Kuwait to acclimate and conduct preparatory briefings. They are in Iraq now and will remain until the end of August 2010. If you'd like to drop Jason a note or send something that will make the time pass more enjoyably, here's his address:
SGT LANGOWSKI, JASON B.CO 2-23IN APO AE 09378

Our beloved #1 kitty, who was tracking Olivia age-wise through the years, succumbed to the stress of excess DNA replication as it formed a mass in his bladder. Spanky, the prodigious orange and white short-hair that left an impression on all who visited the Langowski household, had been dropping some weight lately, though it turned out that it was attributable to dehydration. Jack had the unenviable task of making the final decision at the vet's on Saturday, April 10th.
We'll all miss you Spanky. We'll be publishing a pictoral history in the Photo section, so come back soon visitors. In the meantime, please leave your comments below on your memories of the Spankster.
